Our Social Cooking Classes offer the perfect blend of cooking, creating and connecting. We welcome you to come along with your friends or come individually and leave with new friends! As you gather around the kitchen, you'll experience a hands-on journey and have the opportunity to connect with like-minded food enthusiasts, share stories over a glass of wine, and learn alongside new friends.

Our nutrition seminars and cooking demonstrations are designed to educate, inspire, and empower.
Each demonstration or seminar focuses on a health-related theme, combining nutrition education with practical cooking tips —so attendees leave informed and inspired. As a mobile service, we handle everything on-site, making it easy and time-efficient for your team, either at your facility or virtually.

Our 1:1 disability services are conducted in-home and our small group cooking programs are delivered in the community. Both services are crafted to empower participants with the skills and knowledge to lead a more independent and nourishing life.
