Nikki Lancaster
FOUNDER & DIETITIAN
Nikki is the Founder of Grams of Health Nutrition & Cooking School.
Her work centres on delivering engaging group seminars, corporate wellness presentations, and interactive workshops that inspire people to connect with food in meaningful ways. Through these services, she supports workplaces, community groups and organisations to build confidence in nutrition and cooking while fostering a positive food culture.
Nikki specialises in weight management and general health & vitality, helping clients feel better, live better, and thrive in their daily routines. As Grams of Health has grown, her role has evolved into leading and developing a niche team of dietitians and cooking coaches. She is deeply committed to mentoring her team, nurturing professional growth, and guiding the business toward innovative, community-focused nutrition solutions.
At the heart of Nikki’s work is a belief that food is more than fuel — it is connection, culture and joy.
